Job summary

OpenArt in the Bay Area is seeking a Creator Community Lead to own and grow our global creator network. You will build deep relationships with our 1,000+ creators, design programs they truly want, and turn community into advocacy, distribution, and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Product and Marketing to give creators early access, test new features, and help shape OpenArt’s growth strategy with their feedback. This role is onsite in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Experience building or growing creator communities at meaningful scale.
• Exceptional at building relationships with creators.
• Deep understanding of creator culture across platforms.
• Strong familiarity with Gen AI image and video tools, models, and workflows.
• Understand UGC, social distribution, referrals, and creator-led growth.
• Think about community in terms of relationships and business impact.
• Independent and comfortable building without an existing playbook.
• Enjoy spending time with creators online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Build exceptional creator relationships and turn top creators into advocates and partners.
• Turn community into a growth engine by driving new users, revenue, and distribution.
• Build programs that creators love, including VIP groups, early access, councils, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to give creators early access and feedback.
• Develop and grow OpenArt’s Bay Area creator network.
