Job summary

Skeepers in the US is seeking a Marketing Community Manager – US to lead growth and engagement of our North America creator community across the lifecycle—from acquisition and activation to retention and advocacy.

You will partner with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Marketing to create meaningful creator experiences, drive measurable value for brands, and strengthen our position at the intersection of community and digital marketing in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Community Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social platforms, and community engagement.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with Customer.io, Modash, Tableau, Later is a plus.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with a data-driven mindset.
• Passion for the creator economy and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Grow and engage the US creator community across acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Content, and Marketing to deliver meaningful creator experiences.
• Partner with the US Social Media Content Manager to support community growth and engagement.
• Work with Cross-functional teams to support brand campaigns and creator activations.
• Lead community projects, coordinate with interns, and drive operational excellence.
