Location: Bay Area, California - Onsite
Capacity: Full-time
TL;DR - OpenArt is hiring a Creator Community Lead to own and grow our global creator community. You’ll build deep relationships with our network of 1,000+ creators, create programs that creators genuinely want to be part of, and turn community into a major source of advocacy, distribution, new users, and revenue for OpenArt.
About OpenArt
We built OpenArt for people who have a vision but not a studio, and creators who have a story but not an entire production team.
Today, OpenArt is one of the fastest-growing AI creative platforms, helping millions of people create images, videos, stories, ads, and other creative content with AI.
OpenArt was selected as one of just five companies in the 2026 Disney Accelerator and recognized by Notable Capital’s Prosumer AI 40 as one of the 40 most innovative AI-native companies.
We’re a small, ambitious team that moves fast, takes ownership, and builds without waiting for a playbook.
We’re now hiring a Creator Community Lead to build deeper relationships with our growing network of 1,000+ creators and turn that community into a powerful source of advocacy, distribution, new users, and revenue.
What You’ll Own
Build Exceptional Creator Relationships
Build genuine, long-term relationships with our creator community. Know our most active creators, understand what they’re making and what they need, identify emerging talent, and turn our strongest creators into advocates, ambassadors, educators, and long-term partners.
We want someone who knows our creators, knows their work, and knows exactly who to call when an opportunity comes up.
Turn Community Into a Growth Engine
Our creators already produce incredible content and generate millions of views. Your job is to help turn that attention into new users, revenue, referrals, organic distribution, UGC, product adoption, and word of mouth.
You’ll test ambassador programs, affiliates, referrals, incentives, creator partnerships, and new ideas we haven’t tried yet.
We don’t just want to know how many creators posted. We want to know how many people saw OpenArt, tried OpenArt, and paid for OpenArt because of our creators.
Build Programs Creators Love
Build programs that give creators real reasons to stay connected to OpenArt, from VIP groups and early access to creator councils, challenges, workshops, dinners, meetups, and entirely new ideas.
You’ll also build OpenArt’s local creator network, bringing together AI creators, filmmakers, designers, marketers, and other creative people across the Bay Area.
There isn’t a finished community playbook waiting for you. You’ll help write it.
Make Creators Part Of How OpenArt Builds And Launches
Our creator community should be an advantage every time OpenArt ships something new.
Work closely with Product and Marketing to give creators early access, get them testing new features and models, generate great examples, activate them around launches, and bring their feedback directly into OpenArt.
You’ll be one of the closest people at OpenArt to our creators, making sure their voice influences what we build and how we bring it to market.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a relationship builder, a community builder, a growth thinker, and someone who genuinely understands Gen AI.
