Job summary

TBNR, LLC is seeking a Producer to plan, coordinate, and execute video productions for our channels. You will own production logistics from concept through shoot, ensuring budgets, timelines, staffing, and resources are aligned with creative goals.

You will lead day-to-day operations on set, partner with Directors and Writers, manage locations, permits, vendors, and ensure on-schedule delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our digital audience.

Responsibilities

• Attend Writers Rooms to understand project goals, production requirements and constraints.
• Translate approved concepts and scripts into actionable production plans.
• Build and manage production schedules, staffing plans, equipment needs and logistics.
• Coordinate locations, permits, vendors and production resources as needed.
• Ensure shoots are fully prepared, properly staffed and operationally ready before execution.
• Develop and manage production budgets for assigned projects.
• Lead day-to-day production operations during shoots and on-set workflows.
• Manage schedules, crew coordination, equipment logistics and on-set execution.
• Ensure shoots stay on schedule and aligned with approved plans.
• Provide direction and support to Production Assistants and contractors.
