Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ is seeking a Manager, Digital Media in Walmart Creator Partnerships to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, guiding strategy through content delivery, approvals, payouts, and performance analysis.

You will collaborate with Walmart Creator Growth, Legal, Finance, and external creators to ensure campaigns launch on time, meet brand standards, and drive measurable GMV and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 2 years' marketing experience OR 4 years' experience in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign execution from kickoff to closeout with briefs, timelines, creator casting, activation, approvals, and launch readiness.
• Translate objectives into briefs, guidelines, and plans to enable creators to deliver authentic, on-brand content.
• Serve as the single execution owner to keep campaigns moving, aligned with stakeholders and on track.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across platforms without sacrificing quality, speed, or attention to detail.
• Leverage insights to inform broader commercialization strategy, optimizing adoption and GMV impact.
• Champion a test-and-learn mindset, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve performance over time.
