Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing styling, decorating & entertaining
• Interpret & execute visual inspiration to drive sales and convey the brand's spirit
• Ensure merchandising and displays are visually compelling to drive sales
• Model and coach associates on upholding visual standards
• Collaborate with sales team and maintain brand image
• Replenish sales floor and execute floorset within required timeframe
• Foster a fair, respectful environment per People-First Philosophy
