Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience with visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities according to Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow KPIs, identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
