LHH is seeking a Creative Visual Merchandiser for our client in the consumer brand and retail space. This role focuses on developing visually compelling retail experiences and assets that elevate product presentation and strengthen brand storytelling across physical stores.

The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design fundamentals with experience creating visual merchandising, POS, retail marketing, and in-store collateral for beauty, lifestyle, or retail brands, collaborating across brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or retail-focused roles.
• Strong portfolio with retail displays and in-store collateral.
• Proficiency in typography, layout, color, and brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual merchandising concepts for retail, promotional, and experiential environments.
• Create retail assets including POS materials, displays, signage, lightboxes, and in-store collateral.
• Develop visuals balancing aesthetics, function, and brand alignment across touchpoints.
• Produce production-ready files, mechanicals, layouts, renderings, and presentations.
