Lifted, an Upwork Company, seeks experienced Visual Merchandiser/Store Designer to join our talent pool for enterprise-level engagements. You will design retail environments, render layouts, and collaborate with brand and VM teams to deliver immersive experiences.

You will create CAD drawings, planograms, and photorealistic renderings, coordinating with vendors and markets to ensure designs meet brand standards and budgets during rollouts.

Qualifications

• Experience designing retail environments and store concepts.
• Ability to create 2D/3D renderings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
• Experience collaborating with brands, VM, and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to follow brand guidelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop store design concepts for retail environments and experiences.
• Create CAD drawings, technical schematics, and production-ready docs.
• Produce photorealistic renderings and prototypes.
• Develop planograms and on-counter layouts for merchandising.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and VM teams on rollouts.
• Manage vendor kits, signage, and merchandising assets during installations.
• Site visits and coordination with markets to ensure accuracy.
• Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines across projects.
