H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual standards and elevate the customer experience in our Vancouver-area store. You will curate fashion presentations, train colleagues, and execute campaigns with a strong emphasis on brand guidelines and commercial excellence.

You will stay current with fashion trends, coach the team on styling techniques, and ensure window displays and in-store layouts reflect global strategies while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Curious, creative mindset with proactive approach to trends and presentation.
• Strong communication skills to coach store teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Leadership abilities to develop and coach store staff in visual standards.
• Experience applying visual and commercial guidelines to drive store performance.
• Ability to manage selling equations and monitor weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and styling curation according to guidelines.
• Lead store activation plans and align with management for campaigns.
• Coach and develop store team on visual/commercial best practices.
• Support rapid adoption of seasonal trends and mood boards in presentation.
• Maintain window displays, in-store layouts and pricing visibility.
• Ensure compliance with OMNI procedures and store routines.
