Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience by visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager and adapt to business needs.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and budgets.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services, operational routines, and safety guidelines.
