Job summary

H&M in Washington state is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience by executing visual standards, commercial planning, and product presentation. You will interpret trend information, maintain window and sales-floor displays, and ensure stock and signage align with global guidelines to inspire customers.

You will coach and develop store teams, share seasonal updates, and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to roll out campaigns and store activations.

Qualifications

• You should have strong communication skills to work cross-functionally.
• You bring fashion interest and leadership in a dynamic store environment.
• You have experience applying visual and commercial presentation in-store.
• You understand selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Lead store activation planning with management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch campaigns and promotions on time per brand standards.
• Maintain window and product presentation to tell a compelling story.
• Coach and develop the store team on visual and commercial skills.
• Ensure OMNI procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
