Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a Creative Technologist to support the Android Brand and Google Play Creative team. Build internal tools, AI-enabled workflows, and prototypes that improve briefing, ideation, and production across campaigns.

You’ll translate product capabilities into consumer stories, demos, and campaigns, collaborating with designers, PMMs, engineers, and partners to push ideas forward with technical craft and creative judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in creative technology, prototyping, product innovation, AI-enabled production, or a hybrid technical-creative role.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and emerging creative technologies, with the ability to apply them to prototypes, demos, workflows, creative development, or campaign ideas.
• A portfolio or work samples are required, including apps, tools, prototypes, AI experiences, campaigns, demos, and/or emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools, workflows, templates, automations, and prototypes to brief, ideate, develop, evaluate, produce, localize, and scale work.
• Translate product capabilities and emerging technologies into campaign ideas, consumer stories, demos, and product storytelling opportunities.
• Prototype ideas quickly across AI tools, Figma, lightweight code, APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, apps, and interactive experiences.
• Partner with creative, marketing, brand, PMM, and product teams to ensure work is grounded in real capabilities and brand standards.
• Identify practical ways AI can create efficiencies across briefing, ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Define prototype goals, evaluate learnings, and decide whether to scale, refine, or kill ideas.
• Stay close to emerging creative technology and translate them into practical experiments.
