Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a multidisciplinary AI Designer for a full-time three-month contract with potential extension. The role blends design craft, motion work, and AI tooling to craft high‑quality visuals for a top brand and campaigns.

You will lead through making, design, animate, prompt, and present outcomes with strong taste. Collaboration across internal teams and external partners is essential, with a hands‑on approach to emerging AI tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design, art direction, motion graphics or multi-disciplinary roles.
• Strong portfolio showing design craft and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Fluency with AI tools for image, video, ideation.

Responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts, design systems, assets, prototypes, social ideas, motion explorations and digital experiences using traditional and AI-powered workflows.
• Use design craft and motion sensibility to create concepts across digital, social, video, campaigns and presentation work.
• Leverage AI tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Flow, and emerging tools to design, animate, edit, prototype and refine ideas.
• Create AI-generated visuals, style frames, motion tests and proof-of-concepts to pressure-test ideas.
• Develop multiple directions quickly and refine chosen routes with craft, clarity, movement and brand fit.
• Support high visual quality, motion craft, and brand consistency across campaigns.
• Adapt ideas for digital, social, video and motion-led formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute creative work.
• Stay hands-on with emerging AI tools and platforms and share techniques with the team.
• Use AI to improve ideation, visual development, storyboarding, motion exploration, editing and presentation.
