Job summary

Momentum Creative in Los Angeles is seeking an early-career Creative Technologist to join our AI-native video startup. You will turn briefs into visual treatments and 30–90 second video assets using an AI-native toolstack, collaborating closely with our leadership to shape creative outcomes.

This hands-on role emphasizes storytelling, experimentation, and learning new tools. We offer a hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration at our Venice Beach office and flexible part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in film, editing, design, animation, or creative tech.
• Natural storytelling feel and eye for audience attention.
• Hands-on experience in at least one creative discipline (film, editing, motion design, animation, graphic design, or sound).
• Comfort learning unfamiliar digital tools through experimentation and taking feedback.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer briefs and approved scripts into visual treatments, storyboards, and compelling video sequences.
• Explore AI-native image, video, voice, and audio tools to serve the idea.
• Assemble and refine pieces with pacing, continuity, composition, sound, and emotional impact.
• Bring ideas to creative development and respond to direction and feedback.
• Keep assets, versions, sources, and production notes organized for review and handoff.
• Share production insights with product and creative to improve repeatable workflows.
