Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Creative Technologist who sits at the intersection of storytelling, video production, and emerging technology. As we accelerate into an AI-enabled creative agency, you will partner with our Creative team as our resident expert, championing the discovery, testing, and adoption of generative AI tools across Creative and Production teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of creative and technology experience in filmmaking, advertising agency, or content creation environments.
• Hands-on GenAI mastery across video, image, and audio platforms and AI models.
• Strong creative judgment for narrative enhancement vs. distraction.
• Technical filmmaking and post-production skills with standard software.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to translate tech to non-tech creatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client work by partnering with creative leads to develop AI-driven concepts for campaigns.
• Lead AI filmmaking across video, image, motion, and audio with post-production integration.
• Build concept films, storyboards, and animatics for production planning.
• Productize AI-enabled creative offerings with leadership to create paid client services.
• Lead hands-on training and workshops to drive agency-wide adoption of new tools.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms across media workflows.
