Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a Creative Technologist in a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of storytelling, video production, and AI-driven technology. You will guide discovery, testing, and adoption of generative AI tools across our Creative and Production teams while delivering live client work and rapid prototypes.

You will package AI capabilities into paid client offerings, lead training, evaluate new tools, and ensure responsible governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative or tech roles within filmmaking or advertising.
• Hands-On GenAI mastery across video, image, and audio tools.
• Portfolio showing AI-driven creative projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Client Work: Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Producers, and Video Editors to develop and execute AI-driven and hybrid concepts for campaigns.
• Hands-On AI Filmmaking: Lead generation across video, image, motion, and audio, using AI tools with traditional post-production.
• Pre-Production: Build concept films, storyboards, and animatics to close the imagination gap.
• Productize AI-Enabled Creative Offerings: Package AI and hybrid production capabilities into paid client offerings.
• Lead Creative Team Adoption: Train and run workshops for Creative and Production teams.
• Continuous Tool Evaluation: Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms across media workflows.
