Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in professional video production, filmmaking, or post-production.
• 1+ years practical experience working with AI video tools.
• A stellar portfolio showing AI video that is intentional, high-budget and narratively sound.
• 1+ years prompting across platforms such as Runway, Weavy, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.
• 2+ years with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve or similar bonus.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day production: create and deliver AI-assisted video content.
• End-to-end creation: generate AI video assets using Runway, Weavy, Gemini, Firefly and edit to final deliverable.
• Workflow execution: follow and improve production workflows to maintain visual consistency.
• Tool exploration: test new models, share findings with the team.
• Creative collaboration: work with stakeholders to meet briefs and deliver on schedule.
