Job summary

Surface Experts of North Raleigh is seeking an Apprentice/Technician to perform on-site repairs with an emphasis on color matching and finishes. You will interact with customers across apartments, hotels, and construction sites to deliver creative, durable repairs.

The role offers on-site work with a flexible schedule, paid onboarding, and ongoing training to develop skills in a recession-proof trade. Prior arts/crafts exposure is a plus, and a company vehicle is provided for job duties.

Qualifications

• Color-matching skills are essential to reproduce finishes accurately.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to adapt to materials and sites.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform four or more on-site repairs daily.
• Interact with customers at apartments, hotels, and construction sites.
• Match colors and finishes to match existing surfaces.
• Document repair details in the CRM/dispatch tool.
• Maintain professionalism and provide high-quality workmanship.
