Job summary

PBK is seeking a Creative Strategy Manager in West Palm Beach to translate pursuit strategy into actionable plans and lead RFQ/RFP production from end to end. This first-line leadership role balances people management with hands-on pursuit delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy across Creative Enterprise’s deliverables.

You will oversee team workload, schedules, and deliverables, direct coordination across technical staff and contributors, and maintain brand and content standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of A/E/C marketing experience
• 1+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong production management and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and communication capabilities

The Creative Strategy Manager manages pursuit execution and team workflow, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with strategy across Creative Enterprise’s deliverables. This first-line leadership role translates pursuit strategy into clear execution plans and oversees RFQ/RFP production and submission quality from end to end.

Beyond production, the Creative Strategy Manager manages team workload, schedules, and deliverables, directs coordination across technical staff and contributors, maintains brand, messaging, and content standards, and supports interview preparation and coaching — balancing people leadership with hands‑on pursuit delivery.
