You'll craft killer creative that drives real results across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

You'll use AI to pump out 10x more concepts without sacrificing quality.

Here's what you'll do:

Develop data-driven creative strategies and messaging frameworks for digital ad campaigns

Write creative briefs that translate audience insights into compelling campaign concepts and share with clients

Partner with designers (external and internal) to produce high-performing ads across multiple platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms)

Use AI tools to increase creative output and testing velocity for client campaigns

Analyze and present creative performance metrics with clarity and confidence

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

4-6+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, CX, or related field

Deep understanding of nuances across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms

Strong storytelling and communication skills to present concepts confidently

Understanding of B2B sales funnels and B2C e-commerce sales KPIs.

Nice-to-Haves:

Design background or production experience

Experience with AI tools for creative ideation and production

B2B marketing experience, especially for tech or SaaS companies
