• Own visual direction from planning to execution, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Analyze store performance to identify opportunities in placement, stock, and sell-through.
• Manage shipments and replenishment strategies to optimize floor and back-of-house seating.
• Support brand standards and maintain open communication with leadership.
