Anthropologie in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead product flow, display strategy and daily store operations to deliver an inspiring customer experience. You will partner with store leadership to drive merchandising excellence, coach a diverse team, and optimize floor plans, layouts and in-store campaigns to maximize sales and elevate the Anthropologie brand locally.

Qualifications

• Anthro brand familiarity and passion.
• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising skills with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning and assortments.
• Proven ability to develop talent and lead teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Partner with store leadership to manage product flow and visual execution and empower the team to prioritize the customer.
• Leadership + Team Management: Coach team on analysis of business related to visual presentation to achieve sales goals.
• Visual + Business Operations: Plan and execute visual direction, monitor stock levels, and optimize product placement and replenishment.
• Communication + Relationships: Provide feedback and maintain open communication with leadership and store staff and drive team morale.
