• Drives customer experience through in-store marketing and merchandising while empowering the team.
• Mentors the team to ensure a frictionless customer experience and uses technology to transact in the moment.
• Promotes an inclusive environment and coaches team on merchandising standards to achieve sales goals.
• Identifies opportunities in product placement, stock levels, and replenishment planning.
• Supports scheduling and store operations to meet business needs and zone coverage.
