Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee food production and support the Executive Chef in delivering top-quality dishes. The role requires leadership to maintain hygiene, safety, and cost controls while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team across outlets, supervise meal preparation, and coordinate with events and sales to meet client expectations. A strong culinary background and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel F&B experience or a culinary degree with 2+ years in F&B.
• Experience in high-volume hotel catering and fine dining.
• Proven leadership with emphasis on teamwork and customer service.
• Stays current with culinary trends and development.
• Creativity with ability to energize a diverse culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise food production areas under the Executive Chef.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and safety in storage areas.
• Assist in menu creation and manage cost/production ratio.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and sales for events.
• Maintain food quality, displays and timely setup.
• Support department heads and participate in meetings.
