Job summary

Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the vision and results of the F&B program. You will own The Radical, in-room dining, and events, shaping a locally inspired experience that reflects Canopy’s modern boutique identity in Downtown West Palm Beach.

Lead a team of managers and associates, manage the F&B budget and P&L, and partner with the Chef on menus and sourcing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations.
• Working knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and inventory systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service knowledge (certifications required or obtained upon hire)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. throughout a shift

• Lead the Experience: set the vision for a locally inspired, guest-focused F&B program reflecting Canopy’s modern identity.
• Drive Results: own the F&B budget, forecasting, and P&L to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Build and Develop Your Team: recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of managers and associates.
• Operate with Excellence: ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and liquor laws.
• Connect with the Community: build relationships with local partners and represent Canopy as a community gathering place.
