Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, internships, freelance work, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Dropbox, Canva, and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form video using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
• Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Understanding of platform-specific content trends and formats.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Produce videos for organic posts and paid advertising campaigns.
• Create product demonstrations, tutorials, lifestyle videos, UGC-style content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Develop entertaining, educational, and product-focused content for Nakery Beauty and Liz Folce.
• Capture content during photoshoots, events, product launches, and brand activities.
• Stay up to date on trending sounds, editing styles, transitions, and viral formats.
• Adapt footage into multiple variations for different platforms and campaigns.
