Job summary

Priority Tax Relief is seeking a versatile Content Creator to own end-to-end production across video, writing, and graphic design. This role sits within our Marketing & Creative team and involves conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing content for social media and digital channels.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of content creation or digital marketing experience, a strong portfolio, and comfort with on-camera presenting. In-office Spokane, WA work location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, multi-media production, or video editing.
• A robust creative portfolio showcasing writing, graphic design, video editing, and on-camera performance.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
• Comfortable speaking on camera with strong verbal delivery.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimization for blogs and social channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Editing: Shoot, direct, and edit engaging, high-retention video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• On-Camera Presenting: Act as an authentic and charismatic on-camera host, presenter, and educator for brand videos, serving as the voice of our digital content.
• Graphic Design: Design eye-catching static graphics, carousels, video thumbnails, and digital brand collateral using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• Written Content Creation: Write, proofread, and optimize long-form and short-form blog posts, newsletters, and social media captions that drive organic traffic and audience engagement.
• Social Media & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm trending topics, analyze content performance metrics, align with basic SEO principles, and adapt strategies in real time.

Serving as a technical jack-of-all-trades within our Marketing & Creative department, you will conceptualize, shoot, edit, design, and write content across a variety of digital channels.
