Nood is hiring a hands-on Social Media Manager to own organic content and strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos, carousels, and stories while keeping the brand voice consistent across platforms.

Based in Austin or New York, hybrid work, and reporting to the CMO, you’ll test formats, analyze results, and collaborate with teams to drive follower growth, engagement, and site traffic.

Formación

• 3+ years creating content for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to grow social accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience with brand publishing across Meta platforms.
• Strong shooting, editing, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work in Austin or New York in person.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic social strategy and content calendar.
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos.
• Manage brand voice across platforms.
• Test formats, hooks, and series for growth.
• Collaborate with Creator Partnerships & Community Lead.
• Analyze performance and report weekly.
