Nood is seeking a Social Media Manager to own Organic & Content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—from strategy to publishing and analysis. You’ll craft authentic, platform-appropriate content, shoot and edit, and collaborate with teams to turn insights into winning ideas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years creating content for consumer brands, a strong short-form video portfolio, and comfort on camera across Meta platforms. Hybrid in Austin or New York, NY.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating content for consumer brands or equivalent audience-building results.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form video skills on Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience managing brand publishing across Meta platforms (Facebook).
• Excellent shooting, editing, copywriting, and basic production skills.

Responsabilités

• Own organic social strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with content pillars and publishing calendars.
• Concept, shoot, edit, write, and publish short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and carousels.
• Turn product education and customer questions into distinctive content while preserving brand voice.
• Test hooks and formats; spot trends and translate results into new ideas.
• Manage comments, DMs, and audience conversations in each brand voice.
• Collaborate with Creator Partnerships, Performance Creative, and Paid Media teams.
• Own dashboards and report weekly on reach, engagement, and site traffic against targets.
• Support Tempo and future brands with a repeatable social playbook for first 90 days.
