Job summary

Mulbah Media LLC is seeking a Social Media Intern to support content creation, production, and social accounts for twelve founder-led brands. This part-time, fixed-term role runs 6 months with potential extension based on performance and business needs, located in the Washington-Baltimore area with in-office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

You will shoot and edit short-form content, create graphics, engage with communities, and help ensure every piece reflects the partner's brand.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
• GPA of 4.0 or higher
• Proven experience creating content for social media
• Based in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan Area
• Available to be in office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Able to travel to production locations as needed
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality short-form video on a phone or camera using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-based environments
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Passion for social media, content creation, and building meaningful brands

Responsibilities

• Production Assistant: pick up equipment and materials, assist during production shoots, support models with wardrobe, help with set up and breakdown
• Content Creation: review content plan, capture content aligned with campaigns, monitor trends, edit into polished deliverables, produce 15 reels/images per quarter, create 15 Canva designs per quarter, capture BTS content
• Social Media Engagement: respond to comments and DMs, engage with relevant posts, maintain brand tone and responsiveness
• Results: deliver on-time partner work, produce 15 assets per partner per quarter, achieve Good Standing with partners
