Job summary

Mulbah Media LLC is seeking an Account Executive Intern to support campaign execution, partner communication, and brand growth across twelve founder-led, impact brands. You will help with partner meetings, coordinate pre- and post-meeting communication, assist productions, and produce advertising reports while maintaining rigorous organization and proactive communication.

Ideal candidates are curious, proactive, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Marketing or related degree; GPA 4.0+
• Based in the Washington Metropolitan Area
• In-office availability Monday and Wednesday (and some Fridays)
• Willingness to travel to production locations
• Strong organizational and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with Partner meetings; ensure participation by relevant team members
• Prepare meeting agendas and confirm attendees and objectives
• Create clear post-meeting recaps with action items and deadlines
• Support production logistics, schedules, and wardrobe/locations
• Compile advertising reports and partner surveys; track requests and outcomes
