Hark in San Jose is in search of a Creative Social Lead to define and own the company's social identity across various platforms. This hands-on role requires building a social presence and creating engaging content while collaborating with leadership and teams.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in social media and demonstrate great communication skills and a creative voice. The position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to manage a creative team as Hark scales.
Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory.
We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world.
To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems.
Hark is looking for a Creative Social Lead to own our presence across platforms, balancing long term strategy and the content itself. You'll help define how Hark communicates on social media, how we sound, and how we build an audience around something genuinely new.
You’ll work closely with leadership and across product, design, and communications to translate what we're building into content that resonates with people. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can think strategically and also be able to execute upon it.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $300,000 annually.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
