Qualifications

• Experience creating organic social content for a consumer brand or fast-moving company.
• Portfolio of original social work showing platform-native execution and growth.
• Hands-on content creation: scripting, filming, editing, and posting.

Responsibilities

• Own Base’s organic social strategy, content calendar, and publishing cadence across platforms.
• Develop recurring content series to make Base engaging and shareable.
• Concept, script, capture, edit, and publish platform-native content.
• Track performance and use insights to inform future content cycles.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and operations on launches and events.
