Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is offering a Creative Services Internship for Summer 2027. The role provides hands-on experience in design, project coordination, and communications across multiple platforms, with a hybrid work setup near a Delaware office location.

You will support branding initiatives, create visuals for internal and external communications, and assist with data visualization projects while coordinating with teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Interest in communications, design, and branding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with graphic design projects, including presentations, digital assets, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Create visuals for internal and external communications such as newsletters, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Support data visualization projects by designing charts, infographics, and presentations that simplify complex information.
• Help coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors while tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain organized files of design projects and final artwork for easy access.
• Contribute to communication efforts during storm events or other emergencies by developing timely visual materials.
