Child Care Resource Center in Northern Los Angeles County is seeking a Creative Services Assistant to support the Communications Department with administrative tasks, project coordination, billing, invoicing, budgeting and reporting in a fast-paced grant-funded environment.

Under supervision by the Creative Services Manager, you will join a 900+ person organization that values community well-being, with a hybrid schedule, background checks, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' relevant administrative support experience.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Communications Department.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• Handle customer support tasks as needed.
• Assist with meetings and events coordination.
