The target hiring compensation range is $28.90 to $32.12 per hour (W2). Hours: Full-time (potential for OT). Duration: Approx. 3 Month Assignment (Extension & Conversion Potential).

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr.

Salary/Pay Rate: $28.90 to $32.12/Hourly (W2)

Hours: Full-time (Potential for OT)

Duration: Approx. 3 Month Assignment (Extension & Conversion Potential)

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs and translate them into actionable project briefs.
• Manage the entire creative production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Coordinate with a team of skilled designers, formatters, and video production professionals, both internal and external, to execute projects flawlessly.
• Provide clear and concise communication to clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Utilize a variety of software tools to manage client accounts, track projects, and ensure seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the production process, finding creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain a deep understanding of design trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative materials.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of Graphic Arts or Design-related experience
• Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with outsourced/third-party vendors
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.90 to $32.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
