Job summary

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of West Los Angeles is hiring an on-site Retail Sales & Graphic Design Associate in Los Angeles, CA. You will translate customer ideas into print-ready artwork, manage retail activities, and keep production moving on schedule.

Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and edit artwork, finalize proofs, and coordinate timelines for production and delivery, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail customer service or sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by discussing needs, design preferences, and goals.
• Create and edit artwork for production using Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Finalize, proof, and prepare artwork for production.
• Review orders and prioritize artwork, production, and delivery schedules.
• Meet or exceed production deadlines, including 24-hour turnaround orders.
• Answer calls and respond to emails/voicemails professionally.
• Maintain a five-star customer experience and resolve questions.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and keeping the store welcoming.
• Support inventory management and monthly counts.
• Open/close procedures and monitor orders in progress.
• Troubleshoot production issues with customers and team.
• Cross-train across production, sales, and store operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
