Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Arts Administration, Dance, Performance Studies, or a related field or 7+ years of professional experience in Arts Administration, Dance or Performance.
• Must meet university criteria for appointment.
• Proven experience in budget development and expenditure tracking.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring and supervising students or entry-level staff.
• Ability to manage complex logistics for public events.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support artist residency research and operations, including tracking premieres, awards, and touring schedules.
• Develop and manage post-residency evaluation processes to assess impact.
• Coordinate with funders and partners, maintaining grant records and budgets.
• Collaborate on media strategy to showcase artist research and events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise interns and student staff; teach internship courses.
