What You’ll Do

In the Field Daily

• Complete 4+ creative repairs on‑site each day
• Work independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Problem‑solve in diverse environments: apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, and more

Customer Service & Communication

• Treat tenants, staff, and clients with professionalism and care
• Enter repair notes and updates in our CRM/dispatch system
• Collaborate with our Support Team when unique challenges arise

• Learn and apply our one‑of‑a‑kind 5‑step repair process
• Master each tool in your personalized technician kits
• Use your artistic skills—every repair requires a unique, creative and handy solution
