Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a Recreation Aide to enhance residents' well-being by implementing scheduled activities and assisting during events. The role focuses on joyful engagement and supportive, compassionate interaction with residents and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and is energetic, creative, empathetic, and a team player. Responsibilities include decorations, attendance calendars, and basic computer tasks in a caring community

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to implement scheduled programs and assist residents.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
