Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a compassionate Recreation Aide to design and support engaging activities for residents. You will implement programs, monitor behavior during events, and assist with attendance records and decorations, contributing to a warm, community-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Assist in implementing scheduled programs and help residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
