Job summary

TIYE CONSULTING is seeking an Illustrator II in Wisconsin. You will turn concepts into two-dimensional images that meet client goals and convey emotion without extra explanation.

You will collaborate with publications teams, edit assets in Adobe Creative Cloud, and manage deadlines while maintaining strong client communication. The role emphasizes texture, color, and composition to produce engaging visuals for NTDP publications and related media.

Qualifications

• Meet with partners to discuss project needs.
• Brainstorm ideas for projects.
• Create two-dimensional images per client’s requirements.
• Sketch images by hand or using a digital tool.
• Create rough drafts before finalizing images.
• Rework illustrations as requested.
• Estimate and manage deadlines for projects.
• Strong communication to understand client needs.
• Experience using various illustration software.
• Strong conceptual skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud for editing graphics and media.
• Collaborate with publications team on design and layout of NTDP publications.
• Manage website postings and fix broken links on NTDP sites.
• Apply GPO style guidelines and Plain Writing Act.
• Archive publications in mandated format.
• Organize NTDP videos for Vimeo.
• Organize NTDP photos for Flickr.
• Archive old publications from hard drives.
• Collaborate with NFS Library to ensure video availability.
• Support livestreaming opportunities with leadership and publications teams.
