Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–6+ years in illustration or entertainment design.
• Strong portfolio with concept art and visual storytelling.
• Ability to translate concepts into clear imagery.
• Experience working in creative teams.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept artwork, environmental illustrations, and visual storytelling imagery.
• Translate narrative and creative direction into clear visuals.
• Create mood imagery and development pieces to support design phases.
• Support development of vision decks, presentations, and client materials.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and designers to align illustrations with project intent.
• Produce sketches, digital paintings, and renderings communicating design ideas.
• Maintain visual style consistency across project materials.
• Contribute to design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Ensure illustrations support storytelling and guest experience.
