The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Travel may be required to support events and installations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustration, graphic design, and multimedia content.
• Experience creating content for both digital and print media.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Create visual content for websites, social media platforms, brochures, flyers, posters, and other print publications.
• Ensure consistent visual branding and messaging across all platforms and materials.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools to develop content.
• Conceptualize and create marketing materials tailored to program goals.
• Develop infographics, charts, and graphs to visualize data and complex information clearly.
• Produce original illustrations and artwork for presentations, reports, and web content.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including motion graphics and videos.
• Handle photography needs, including taking, editing, and optimizing images for various uses.
• Maintain high standards of design quality and ensure all materials align with brand and style guidelines.
• Support large format printing and assist with installation of materials when needed.
• Provide graphic support for events, including signage, banners, and on-site visual materials.
