Job summary

Menlo Church is seeking a detail‑oriented Creative Associate to support the Creative Department across campuses. You will coordinate projects, manage workflows in Planning Center Online and Asana, and ensure assets are organized for weekend services, digital content, and ministry initiatives.

You will recruit and schedule creative volunteers, oversee studio logistics and film production, and collaborate with the Creative Director to translate ideas into clear plans delivered with excellence on

Qualifications

• College degree or 2 yrs equivalent work experience.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative and operational skills, with the ability to support both creative and logistical execution.
• Demonstrated creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into practical outcomes.
• Proven experience recruiting, training, and developing volunteer teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a central point of coordination for the Creative Team and manage workflows.
• Oversee intake, tracking, and execution of creative requests with Asana.
• Organize and distribute creative assets across campuses.
• Manage weekly worship service workflows in Planning Center Online.
• Recruit, schedule, and communicate with creative volunteers.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of digital platforms and content calendars with external partners.
• Manage Menlo Studio scheduling and film production logistics and post-production workflows.
• Oversee scheduling for recurring productions such as the Menlo midweek podcast.
• Participate in Creative Team meetings and weekend planning gatherings.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned by the Creative Director.
