Job summary

G5 Games is seeking an experienced Creatives Project Manager to coordinate creative production across in-house and outsourced teams. You will own the production process, push ideas to tested creatives, and drive winners that improve early conversion funnels.

You will estimate art task timelines, build reports with Jira and Google Sheets, manage blockers, and liaise with artists, UA, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on vendor management experience: negotiations, contracting, work orders, budget tracking and approval.
• Experience setting up a freelance workflow from scratch: hiring and onboarding, rate negotiation, accesses, task distribution with rates, delivery tracking and vendor rating;
• Bachelor's degree in business, or related fields is preferred;
• Can handle fast paced art development pipelines;
• Ability to follow directions and enforce processes;
• Bring innovative PM ideas to the team;
• Knowledge of art production processes and turnaround times for graphic design, video, and playable mini-games;
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience JIRA, or other PM platforms;
• Experience organizing and maintaining asset libraries in cloud storage (Google Drive, Seafile, or similar);
• Passionate about gaming or advertising;
• Has the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Responsibilities

• Own art task timeline estimation and manage dynamic project schedules;
• Build reports and production exports using Jira filters and Google Sheets;
• Identify critical blockers and communicate solutions;
• Create production tickets and follow up with inhouse and outsource production teams ;
• Intake requests from all teams;
• Liaise with artists, user acquisition, creative managers, marketing leads, and product development;
• Run stand-up or SCRUM;
• Adjust due dates with consent of internal clients;
• Deliver assets to stakeholders;
• Enforce file naming conventions;
• Coordinate timely feedback loops, approvals, and deadlines;
• Decrease turnaround times by improving internal processes and pipelines.
