Gylee Games in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our development team. This hands-on role ensures clear priorities, tracks progress, and helps push deliverables across the finish line alongside the Game Director and the team.

You'll jump in to assist with tasks when needed, maintain the task board and backlog, run standups and sprint planning, and keep Jira and other PM tools clean and informative. On-site position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day organization of the team's task board and backlog.
• Ensure priorities and actionable tasks for each team member.
• Create, assign, update, and follow up on tasks throughout development.
• Keep Jira and PM tools clean and useful.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and deliverables.
• Break larger features into manageable tasks.
• Follow up with team to ensure progress and identify issues early.
• Help prepare and run standups, sprint planning, milestone reviews.
