Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, prepress, publishing, or related duties.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement and maintain processes for efficiency.
• Create weekly reports to evaluate work and capacity across the company.
• Create charts to assess workload ebb and flow and provide visibility of load.
• Report on cycle durations and monitor issues impacting product release from the master calendar.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure product needs and expectations are met.
• Maintain strong organizational, reporting and data skills to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Provide timely answers to concerns and proactively resolve issues.
• Adhere to procedures and guidelines with minimal supervision and independent judgment.
• Attend meetings to resolve production challenges; contribute feedback in Production Meetings.
• Assist with maintaining tracking procedures and data entry.
