Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2–4 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong project/account management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management abilities; proactive planning.
• Collaborative across disciplines and adaptable to different personalities.
• Experience managing creative projects in marketing/advertising environments.
• Background in client-facing roles and maintaining professional relationships.
• This is a five-day-per-week onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption of internal business processes.
• Prepare clear project briefs communicating objectives and expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative Operations Director to build schedules and allocate resources.
• Track budgets and timelines; communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relationships and transparent project progress.
• Oversee project workflow using Monday.com and keep teams aligned.
• Conduct quality assurance to meet brand and creative standards.
• Act as liaison between creative teams and other departments.
• Complete administrative tasks to facilitate communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
